Once we start, payment is final
Design and build time can't be returned. The hours are spent. "Start" means the first working session after we receive your intake form, normally within one business day. We email you the moment work begins, so you always know exactly where that line is. If you want more time to decide, say so and we'll hold off.
Deliverables
Brand kits, print-ready files, logos, website builds and link pages are non-refundable once delivered. You have the files.
Revisions are not refunds
If what we built doesn't match the scope you approved, we fix it. Free. However many rounds it takes. That's the job, not a favor. New pages, new features or a different direction are a change order, and we quote those before doing them. You'll never get a surprise invoice.
If we can't deliver
If we take your project and then can't complete it, you get every dollar back, including for work already done. That's on us, not you.
If you go quiet
We'll hold your project for 60 days and check in twice. After that we archive your assets. Come back any time and we'll reopen it free. Your money doesn't expire.
Care Plan, $75/mo
Cancel any time, in one step, from your account or one email. No phone call, no retention script. Cancel before your renewal date and you're not charged again. You keep the service through the end of the month you paid for. We email you before every charge with the amount and date. No refunds on months already billed, and we don't prorate.
Your site is yours
Cancel the Care Plan and you keep your website. We don't take it down or disable anything. Ask and we'll hand over your files.
