- Yes. You own the code, the design files, the domain, the logo, the copy, and the email accounts on your domain. Nothing is licensed back to us and nothing is held hostage. If you ever want to move off our care plan you get a clean handoff.
- Hosting is included in the $199/month Care Plan along with SSL renewal, monitoring, backups, edits and updates. If you don't want a care plan you can host it yourself on any modern host — we'll walk you through the handoff at no extra charge.

- Yes. The Brand Kit is a standalone $695 package designed for crews and operators who need to look legitimate in the field right now. If you later add a website with us, the $695 you paid is credited toward the website build.
- Hosting, SSL, domain management, security monitoring, malware scanning, daily backups, software and dependency updates, uptime monitoring, a monthly performance and lead report, and up to one hour per month of content edits (new photos, copy changes, service updates, new team members). Edits over an hour are billed at a flat hourly rate we'll agree on in advance.
- Both, and we make it easy either way. Most clients send us bullet points, an old brochure, or a 10-minute voice memo about what they do — we turn that into finished web copy. If you already have copy written we use it. We don't charge extra for copywriting on the $1,997 package.
- We build the technical SEO foundation properly: clean semantic HTML, unique meta tags per page, schema markup, a real sitemap, fast load times, and mobile-first layout. That's the part we can control. Actually ranking for competitive terms depends on your content, your reviews, your local citations, and time — usually 3–6 months of consistent activity before you see meaningful movement. We tell every client this up front because anyone promising overnight rankings is lying.
- Custom apps, e-commerce platforms with unusual checkout flows, membership sites, and fintech builds are scoped individually and start at $25,000.
