How a build runs

Six stages, nothing skipped

01

Strip and assess

Body off, every panel photographed. You get the honest list before a dollar is spent.

02

Metal and rust

Rot cut out and replaced with fabricated steel. Not filler, not fibreglass, not a patch over a hole.

03

Paint

Block-sanded straight, laid in our downdraft booth, cut and buffed until the reflections run flat.

04

Driveline

Rebuilt or upgraded, your call. Everything test-run on the stand before it goes back in.

05

Assembly

New seals, correct fasteners, wiring loom loomed properly. This is where cheap builds fall apart.

06

Shakedown

500 miles on the car before you take it, with a punch list closed out in writing.

The shop

Two bays. No queue you cannot see.

We run two cars at a time, on purpose. It means your build does not sit under a sheet for a year while newer work jumps in front of it, and it means the same two pairs of hands are on your car from strip-out to shakedown.

  • Written estimate before any metal is cut
  • Photographs every Friday, whether there is good news or not
  • Change orders signed off before the work happens
  • Storage in the heated building at no charge during your build
