Phantom Era is a design and build studio founded by Evan Valdes. We take a business from logo to live site to print, at a fixed price, with one person accountable for the outcome.
Most studios sell you a phase at a time. You pay for discovery, then design, then a build, and somewhere in the middle the number changes. We work the other way around: you get the price and the date up front, and we hold both.
Everything is done in-house. The same studio draws the logo, sets the type, lays out the door hanger and writes the code, so the site, the print and the packaging all look like they came from the same company — because they did.
We are deliberately small. That means we take a limited number of projects at a time and you talk to the person doing the work, not an account manager relaying notes. It also means we will tell you when something is out of scope rather than quietly padding an invoice.
When a project ends, you own it. Logo files, source artwork, site code, domain, analytics and every account — handed over on launch. If you want us to keep looking after it, that is a Care Plan you can cancel; it is not a leash.

Scope
A short call, then a written scope with a fixed price and a date. Nothing starts until you have both in writing.

Design
Brand and layout first. You see real screens and real artwork, not a mood board, and you give notes before anything is built.

Build
We build the site or store, wire up the forms, checkout and analytics, and test it on the phones people actually use.

Launch & hand over
We go live, hand over every file and account, and either walk away clean or stay on a Care Plan.
