What this site collects

There are three ways to send us information. The contact form and the Phantom Bot chat both collect your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you type about the project, along with the page you were on when you submitted. The peptide supplier sourcing form additionally collects your company name, the compounds you are asking about, your expected monthly volume, whether you already work with a supplier, your timing, and your confirmation that the request is research-use-only.

We also record basic anonymous usage events — for example that a contact form was viewed, submitted, or that the chat was opened — so we can tell which pages lead to enquiries. Those events are not tied to your name or email.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and to quote the work. That is the only reason. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, we do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles. If you never become a client, the information simply sits unused until you ask us to delete it.

Who it is shared with

Your submission is stored in our database, which is hosted by our infrastructure provider, and it triggers two emails: a confirmation to you and a summary to our own inbox. Those emails are handled by our email delivery provider. Those two providers process the data on our behalf so the site can function. Nobody else receives it. We do not pass enquiry details to third parties for their own use.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries so we have a record of conversations and projects. If you ask us to delete yours, we delete it.

How to request deletion or a copy

Email tech@phantomera.dev from the address you used, or tell us the phone number you submitted, and ask us to delete or send you a copy of what we hold. We will do it and confirm back by email.

Cookies and tracking

We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking scripts on this site. The chat keeps your in-progress conversation in your own browser's session storage so it survives a page refresh; clearing your browser storage removes it.

Children

This is a business-to-business studio site. It is not directed at children.

Changes

When our practices change, this page changes with them. Questions go to tech@phantomera.dev.
