Your website answers the phone.

Every lead gets a reply in under a minute — at 2am, on a Sunday, while you're on a roof. We build landscaping websites that capture the job instead of losing it to whoever called back first.

A landscaper's buyer is looking at photographs. They don't care about your mission statement, they care whether the paver patio you built in Encinitas looks like the one they want in Rancho Peñasquitos. Which is why most landscaping sites underperform: they open with a stock hero image, bury the gallery three clicks deep, and never separate the $85 weekly-mow customer from the $40,000 design-build client. Those are different buyers on different pages.

Portfolio-first structure

The site opens with work. Full-bleed photography, project pages with before / after sliders, plant lists, hardscape material callouts, and the neighborhood the project was built in — because "landscaper La Jolla" is a real search and neighborhood-tagged project pages are how you rank for it. Every project has its own URL, its own metadata, and its own share preview so a homeowner can send it to their spouse and the preview looks like a real magazine feature, not a broken thumbnail.

The service pages that actually convert

Design-build (the money page — walk them through discovery, design, install, warranty). Drought-tolerant / xeriscape / native, which is now the dominant request in San Diego and comes with SoCal Water Authority rebate language buyers are already searching. Artificial turf, priced-by-square-foot with an instant estimator. Paver patios and retaining walls with a materials gallery. Irrigation repair and controller upgrades as a standalone service so you catch the emergency-broken-sprinkler search. And a separate weekly-maintenance signup with route-based pricing so a lead in a ZIP you already service gets an instant quote.

Intake that respects the way you actually quote

Design-build leads need photos and a rough budget range up front. The Phantom Bot asks for a couple of photos of the current yard, the ballpark spend, and the timeline, and packages that into the internal lead alert so you decide whether it's a site visit before you burn the drive. Maintenance leads get a three-question flow: address, lot size range, service frequency. The internal alert shows exactly which type of lead it is, which page they came from, and how to route the callback.

Reference build

The DPI case study is the closest field-services build to how a landscaping operation runs: crews on routes, address-based work, before / after documentation as the primary proof asset. The same intake and routing patterns port straight over.

What we don't do

We don't stock-photo the portfolio, we don't invent projects, and we don't publish fake reviews. Send us the phone photos from the last five jobs and we make them look like the work deserves.
